Annual Statutory Accounts
Statutory accounts are required to be filed at Companies House each year, even if you did not trade or make any profits.

Currently the accounts filed with Companies House show the public your balance sheet which is a summary of all the assets and liabilities of the company at the financial year end date.

This information can be used by suppliers/customers to understand the legitimacy of your business, helps banks checks the financial health of your business, which is particularly helpful if you are applying for finance & helps the public know you are doing things right!
Corporation Tax Return
Your accounts are also filed with HMRC and used to calculate and support your Corporation Tax Return which you are also required to file with HMRC. The Corporation Tax Return reports to HMRC the taxes your company has to pay.
Company Secretarial Services
Limited companies must keep their information up to date on Companies House, which means sharing changes to shareholders, directors, addresses etc, we will deal with keeping Companies House up to date and filing your annual Confirmation Statement, which summarises any changes during the year.
Director Payroll Services (where applicable)
If necessary we can also run a Director payroll, considering the most tax efficient way for you as the Director/Owner of withdrawing funds from your business.
As the founder of your private limited company, you hold two separate roles: you are the Director, responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the business, and the Shareholder, who legally owns the business.
This structure is registered with Companies House, and this package ensures you meet all essential compliance requirements for both roles.
Director Self-Assessment Tax Return (where applicable)
As the Director/Owner you may also need a Self-Assessment Tax Return to report your own income to HMRC.
